At Europens, I manage products on our e-commerce platforms, including eBay and Amazon. I also oversee our website and handle social media posts for Facebook and Instagram.
Pods
I design promotional "Pods" for our website, creating eye-catching visuals that captivate visitors upon arrival. These designs highlight discounted, new, or seasonal offers, complete with links to the relevant products. In our fast-paced environment, I typically produce these quick-turnaround designs within 30 minutes to an hour, ensuring timely engagement with our audience.

Social Media Posts
In addition to designing website Pods, I create engaging online posts to extend our reach to both potential and returning customers. These posts promote items we aim to push, as well as new and upcoming products, and include links to our website. I utilize my DSLR camera to capture high-quality, professional images, ensuring they maintain a clean and sophisticated aesthetic. This consistent visual theme aligns with the premium quality of the stationery we offer, enhancing our brand's appeal.
Photography
Having worked at Europens for just under five years, I have been steadily enhancing my photography skills. I regularly use my camera for creating Pods, social media content, and showcasing new products, capturing high-quality images several times a week. I am committed to promoting our products effectively, continuously experimenting with new techniques and ideas to engage and captivate my target audience.
Magazine
I've collaborated with at least one magazine each year, including our latest back-to-school project. This magazine, our largest yet at around 40 pages, features interactive buttons and a QR code linking to our website. Despite a tight deadline, I am proud of the final result, which maintains a unique yet consistent aesthetic for each brand.
Website Work
Since joining Europens, I’ve witnessed significant changes on the website. While there’s still work to be done, I have gained valuable experience working with Magento and have learned about the website's capabilities. I’ve been actively involved in maintaining the backend by ensuring products are up-to-date, keeping the homepage current and functioning properly, and making sure that side pages for seasonal events and Back-to-School promotions operate seamlessly.
Ebay Listings
At Europens, I have primarily managed our eBay platform. While I mainly focus on UK listings, I also handle overseas listings for France, Germany, and Spain. With over 2,000 listings to maintain, I ensure they are current, competitively priced, and well-optimised. My responsibilities include listing creation, HTML editing within the descriptions, sponsorship management, and performance tracking. I’ve been doing this independently for the past 2-3 years, also adding new yearly releases from brands like Filofax and Letts, striving to achieve top search rankings while minimizing sponsorship costs.
Amazon Listings
While my experience with Amazon is shorter than with eBay, I’ve been actively improving my understanding of the platform. I have handled image changes and description edits for some time, but recently I’ve delved deeper into its functionalities. I’ve learned to submit support tickets, use a number bank program for EAN creation, manage multi-listings, combine single listings, create customizable templates, and fix suppressed listings.
Etsy Listings
Etsy is one of our simpler platforms, featuring a smaller number of listings compared to Amazon and eBay. Each listing is designed with user-friendliness in mind, allowing customers to easily select their preferred nib size from a straightforward dropdown menu. We also offer various engraving options, clearly showing customers what they would be purchasing. I manage the descriptions, prices, quantities, and titles for each listing, ensuring consistency and clarity.
